We are working hard to be able to deliver outside of UK Mainland in the future, but in meantime if you have a particular request please email us directly to see what we can arrange. Apologies for any disappointment at the current time.
If you spend over £100 in one transaction on non-furniture items, we will provide the delivery free of charge.
Delivery rates for all items excluding vintage furniture.

Delivery usually takes between 2–5 working days (UK only) from receipt of your order. We will be using DPD.
In busy periods and public holidays please allow up to 7 days.

Refunds and Returns (cancelled contracts):
If you, the customer, wish to return a product for a refund, you have 14 days to notify us upon receiving the product at email@example.com. A return form and address will be given to you over email, from this point you have a further 14 days to return the product to us. Goods need to be returned at your own cost. Subject to the product returning in the same condition and packaging it was delivered to you in, a full refund will be provided. Please retain proof of posting, as we cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit. Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear and will only be returned to the original payment method. Please note some goods cannot be returned and refunded if they have been unwrapped and these goods will be clearly identified on the website.
Refunds and Returns (Faulty and Damaged items):
In the event you receive a faulty or damaged product and require either a refund or a replacement please email us photos of the product in question to firstname.lastname@example.org. In some instances, we may need the product returned, so please hold on to the product and the original packaging unless otherwise instructed by Aurora Home. If we require that a faulty or damaged product is to be returned to us, then we will arrange collection at no extra cost to you, the consumer.
